Its location in Gui an, known as the backyard of Fuzhou City, provides a serene natural setting. Surrounded by lush forests, the villa group seamlessly integrates the elegance of modern literati taste with the beauty of its natural surroundings, creating a leisurely and cozy living space.

The design of Gui an Mansion presented several challenges. The architects aimed to infuse the modern space with the classical leisurely and carefree state of mind associated with traditional Chinese literati. Gui an Mansion was completed in September 2017 after a year-long project that began in 2016. Located in Fuzhou City, China, this villa group stands as a testament to the fusion of modern design and traditional Chinese aesthetics.

Gui an Mansion received the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2018 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This award recognizes the villa's well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements.
